If you enter after the normal hour, you will have a extra charge:

– Between 22:00 and 00:00: 75€
You have to report us in advance about the estimated time of your arrival. When you are doing the reservation, you can use ‘special request’ for that or you can contact with the apartment too. You can find the contact’s information in the booking confirmation.
When you arrive, you must pay a deposit of 150€ for cover any damage that you may cause. This deposit will be refund when the host search that everything is OK.
