1. What are the conditions at the time of the lease?
You have to report us on advance about the estimated time of arrival. When you are doing the reservation, you can use ‘especial request’ for that or you can contact with the apartment too. You can find the contact information in the booking confirmation.
2. What are the conditions at the time of termination of the contract?
At the end of the lease, the lessee is obliged to return the keys and leave the suite. At that time you will receive your deposit.
3. Can I sublet my suite?
NO. Under no circumstances and at no time, the tenant may sublet all or part of the suite that is rented. The suite is exclusively used by the tenant, failure to comply will override the lease.
4. What happens if I leave before the date of termination of my contract?
If you stop living in the suite before the end of the period established, you will lose the deposit.
5. Can I live in the suite with my pet?
NO. It is strictly forbidden the entrance of animals in the suite.
6. Can I organize a party at suite?
NO. Under no circumstances and at no time the tenant can hold parties or similar, or make more noise than normal. Failure to comply will override the lease.
