The most surprising part of the apartment is the spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area. It does not lack detail of any kind, it has a fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine-dryer, coffee maker, Smart TV, towels, bed linen and everything you need to feel at home. The system of air conditioning hot / cold is through air flow, which provides a special comfort, both in summer and in winter. The apartment has windows in all rooms

The host, Emilio, or someone of his team, personally welcomes guests, explains everything they need to know about the apartment, and provides them with their mobile phone so they can call at any time. We provide everything necessary to make our guests' stay comfortable, feel at home and enjoy their visit to the maximum. We can also book a taxi or a microbus to the airport. Our intention is for visitors to feel at home, and therefore we leave the apartment ready to live, impeccable and with the sets of sheets and towels.

In the neighborhood you can find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

It is very quiet at night, and if you want to party, there is a huge offer of bars, restaurants and nightlife in the area.

The apartment is excellently connected, with the Metro stations of La Latina (Line 5) and Tirso de Molina (Line 1) two minutes walk. The RENFE suburban station of Sol is very close. The trip from the airport to the sun station lasts half an hour and there are trains every 30 minutes from 6 AM to 11:30 PM. The taxi ride from the airport takes about 20 minutes and has an associated fixed fee of € 30. At the request of our tenants, we can reserve a taxi for them to pick them up at the door of the apartment and take them to the airport.

Located in the heart of "Rastro", the largest and most famous street market in Spain, where on Sunday mornings and festivities, you can find all kinds of antiques, clothes and curiosities. The apartment is in the main historical area of central Madrid, very few minutes walking from the Plaza Mayor, Sol, Opera, the Royal Palace, the shopping area of Calle Preciados, the emblematic Gran Vía street, the San Miguel market, and the High and Low Cavas, streets full of life and Gastronomy to enjoy the delicious "tapas" of Madrid. It can be noisy some nights.
